Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 14, 2026
This page explains the terms governing your use of MatczakMethod's website and funnels and how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
“MatczakMethod,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating matczakmethod.com and related websites, landing pages, and funnels that link to this page (collectively, the “Site”).
Part 1: Terms and Conditions
1. Website Use and Services
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
MatczakMethod provides business coaching, consulting, strategy, implementation, marketing, website, career, and related services. Specific services, deliverables, fees, and timelines are described in the applicable offer, order, or signed client agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services.
2. Educational Information and No Guaranteed Results
Site content, assessments, downloads, and other resources provide general educational information. They do not constitute legal, tax, investment, medical, or mental health advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed.
Results depend on your circumstances, decisions, participation, implementation, market conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee revenue, profits, leads, employment offers, search rankings, business growth, or other outcomes.
Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Prices, payment schedules, service commitments, cancellation rules, and refund policies are disclosed in the applicable offer, checkout, or client agreement.
A signed client agreement controls the services it covers if it conflicts with these website Terms, subject to applicable law. For purchases without a signed agreement, the service-specific terms disclosed before purchase apply.
Canceling or rescheduling an appointment does not, by itself, cancel a package, service commitment, or remaining payment obligation.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund or other rights required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise identified, Site content—including text, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, and original educational materials—is owned by or licensed to MatczakMethod.
You may access these materials for personal use or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission, except as permitted by law or an applicable license.
Ownership and permitted use of custom client deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement. MatczakMethod retains its pre-existing materials, frameworks, and templates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Acceptable Use and Submissions
You agree to provide accurate information and use the Site lawfully. You may not interfere with Site operations, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights.
You are responsible for materials you submit and must have permission to provide them.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through public comments. Submitting a general inquiry does not, by itself, create a confidential professional relationship.
We will obtain permission before using identifiable client testimonials, confidential information, or client work for promotional purposes. We may remove public submissions that are unlawful, abusive, spam, or infringe others' rights.
6. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, scheduling tools, payment processors, and other services.
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, or independent practices. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
7. Website Availability and Limitation of Liability
We aim to keep the Site useful and accurate, but information may contain errors or become outdated. We may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Site.
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its general informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatczakMethod will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its general informational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Obligations and liability relating to paid client services are governed by the applicable client agreement and applicable law.
8. Email and Text Communications
We may contact you to respond to inquiries, fulfill requests, and administer services.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and your preferences. Providing a telephone number or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated marketing texts.
If you separately enroll in text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected] for help or to withdraw consent.
Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Website updates do not amend an existing signed client agreement unless that agreement permits the amendment or the parties agree.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

- Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
You can manage cookies through browser settings and, where available, our website cookie controls. Blocking cookies may affect website features. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on does not disable every form of website data collection.
Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for particular technologies, we will provide the relevant choice.
13. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to providers supporting our business, including website hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, text messaging, recording, transcription, AI processing, and technical support providers.
These providers include Zoom for session recording and GoHighLevel for customer relationship management and storage of session materials, as applicable.
We may also disclose information:
- To professional advisers as reasonably necessary.
- To comply with law, legal process, or lawful government requests.
- To protect rights, safety, and security or investigate suspected misuse.
- In connection with a proposed or completed business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.
- With your authorization or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information for money.
We do not share mobile telephone numbers, text-message opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to providers that help deliver our messages and as required by law.
14. Marketing Preferences
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.
If you separately opt in to text messages, we may send the message types identified when you subscribe, such as appointment reminders, service updates, or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected] to request help or withdraw consent.
We may retain limited information needed to document consent and honor opt-out requests. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary nonmarketing communications through an appropriate channel.
15. Session Recordings and AI-Assisted Processing
With your permission, MatczakMethod records coaching or consulting sessions using Zoom. Recordings and related session materials are stored in Zoom and GoHighLevel, as applicable.
We also use AI tools to transcribe, summarize, and organize session information. These materials help us document discussions, identify action items, and support service delivery. Relevant recordings, transcripts, or notes may be processed by the AI tools used for these purposes.
Session materials may contain your name, voice, image, business information, and other information shared during a session. Provider processing and retention practices depend on the tools, account types, settings, and contractual terms used. You may contact [email protected] for information about the providers used for your sessions.
We limit access under our control to authorized personnel and providers who need the information to support your services. We do not publish recordings or use identifiable session content for advertising or testimonials without separate permission.
AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain errors and should not be treated as a verbatim or independently verified record.
We request consent from session participants before recording or enabling AI transcription and explain any intended subsequent AI processing. Visiting our website or accepting these website Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to session recording.
You may decline or withdraw permission for future recording or AI processing by notifying us. Withdrawal does not undo processing that has already occurred.
Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are retained according to Section 16. Requests to access, correct, or delete these materials may be submitted under Section 17.
16. Information Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, honoring communication preferences, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods vary by information type and purpose. Information may remain in protected backups until those backups are deleted through their normal lifecycle. Third-party providers may also retain information according to their applicable terms, settings, and legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
17. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, including session recordings, transcripts, and summaries.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
Certain information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including for financial records, security, dispute resolution, or honoring opt-out requests.
18. Third-Party Privacy Practices
Our Site may contain links to or embedded features from third-party services. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies.
19. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
20. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The revised version will show an updated effective date.
Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying material changes.
